Monta is a medical doctor, qualified psychologist, aromatherapy specialist and experienced entrepreneur. She founded AromaStudio in Riga, which grew from an aromatherapy training centre and private practice into a successful chain of natural beauty and skin health stores across the Baltics. She successfully exited the business.

Kris is an experienced international project manager and engineer with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the public and private sectors. He has led major initiatives spanning construction and real estate, multi-million-euro EU-funded programmes for Riga City Council, and the implementation of drones in urban environments. At Aqabela, Kris drives execution across the business, ensuring key milestones are delivered and the company’s platform reaches its full potential for partners and patients.
